铁路长大货物车经过多年的发展,研发、制造及试验等技术越来越成熟和体系化。随着产品模块化和数字化技术的开展,长大货物车产品技术通过标准化、模块化、结构化、数字化和平台化的工作路径能够搭建起长大货物车的产品技术平台。文章叙述了长大货物车产品技术平台建设开发的必要性,建设开发该技术平台是运输货物品种多样性、车辆功能结构多样性、缩短研制周期及运维检修、新技术应用等的需要;叙述了产品技术积累、模块化理论实践、数字化技术应用及铁路货车协同设计平台应用后平台建设的可行性,详细阐述了技术平台需求研究、功能构型和设计结构构型研究、模块化开发、运维构型等研究内容,确立了长大货物车产品技术平台的建设目标。
Abstract:After years of development, technologies for the research and development, manufacturing, and testing of railway heavy-duty freight cars have become increasingly mature and systematic. With the advancement of product modularization and digital technologies, a product technology platform for heavy-duty freight cars can be established through a working path characterized by standardization, modularization, structuring, digitization, and platformization. This article elaborates on the necessity of developing such a product technology platform, driven by requirements such as the diversity of transported cargo types, the variety of vehicle functions and structures, the need to shorten development cycles, and demands for operation, maintenance, inspection, and new technology application. It also discusses the feasibility of platform construction based on accumulated product technology expertise, modular theory and practice, the application of digital technologies, and the utilization of the collaborative design platform for railway freight cars. Furthermore, it provides a detailed exposition of research components including technical platform requirement analysis, functional and structural configuration studies, modular development, and operational maintenance frameworks, thereby establishing the construction objectives for the product technology platform of heavy-duty freight cars.
