某抬轮器结构优化及动力学性能分析

摘要:

抬轮器是一种轨道车辆救援设备,文章对某抬轮器进行结构优化,在增加支撑板强度的同时降低其抬轮高度,并给出应用于不同轮径车辆时抬轮器的结构参数建议值。利用SIMPACK软件建立了安装优化结构抬轮器的车辆动力学模型,分析了不同轮对抬高量对抬轮器-车辆耦合系统运行平稳性及曲线通过性能的影响。分析结果表明:优化后的抬轮器的动力学性能满足使用要求;在文章设定的条件下,故障轮对抬高量对车辆直线运行平稳性影响不大,抬轮器前轮对外侧轮轮重减载率与脱轨系数随故障轮对抬高量的增加而线性增大。

Abstract:

The wheel lifter is a kind of railway vehicle rescue equipment. The paper proposes the optimization scheme of its structure, that is, increasing the strength of support plate and reducing the height of wheel lifter, and also gives the recommended value of structural parameter of the wheel lifter for vehicles with different wheel diameters. The vehicle dynamics model of wheel lifter with optimized structure is established by using SIMPACK software to analyze the influence of wheelset lifting amount on the running stability and curve negotiation performance of the wheel lifter-vehicle coupling system.The analysis results show that the dynamics performance of the wheel lifter with the optimized structure meets the operating requirements. Under the conditions set in the paper, the lifting height of the faulty wheelset has little influence on line running stability of the vehicle. The derailment coefficient and wheel load reduction rate of the front wheel to the outer wheel of the wheel lifter increases linearly with the increase of the lifting height of the faulty wheelset.
